Migrant Conditions

• Have at least two years of business experience
• Have a net worth of at least C$1,600,000 that was legally obtained in which include the assets of the spouses, and be willing and able to make an investment of C$400,000.
• Your investment is managed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and is guaranteed by the Canadian provinces that use it to create jobs and help their economies grow. CIC will return your C$800,000 investment, without interest, about five years and two months after payment.
• You must also show that you have enough money to support yourself and your dependants after you arrive in Canada.
• Obtain a minimum of 35 points in the selection grid.
• Meet medical and security requirements. You and your family members must pass a medical examination and security and criminal checks.
• Meet any other requirements of Canadian or Quebec immigration regulations.
• Any spouse and children under 19 years old and any children of 19 to 25 years old who are still attending full-time school can accompany the applicants as dependents.

Procedure

After consulting the documents submitted by the applicants, our company will submit the required documents for the applicants to the immigration department of Canada. After around 5 to 6 months, the Quebec will finish the general processing and call for interviews. The whole process will take around 2 and a half to 3 years and which depends on the number of applicants. Consular will notify the applicant two months before interviews for preparation.

China Interview Venue

South of Yangtze River：Canadian Consulate in Hong Kong or Guangzhou China Hotel.
North of the Yangtze：Beijing designated place

If the application is successful, the applicants will receive notice from consular in about one month. After the interview, the applicants have to increase their investment fund by 800,000 dollars in the account of Canadian Bank in a fixed period. After this process, the consular will inform the applicants to have body checks in the appointed clinics. Also, 975 Canadian dollars per person landing fees is needed. Government will then issue landing visas in about six to eight months. Applicants are required to arrive Canada within one year after the issuing of visas.

If the application is refused, the applicant may appoint counsel for an appeal within thirty days and provide related documents within six months.
